All beverages are naturally fermented with high-quality ingredients and are certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan, which reportedly exceeds the World Health Organization’s daily standard for probiotics (Health-Ade.com). Rind and Health-Ade Kombucha were selected because both are companies in the organic food market, with strong brand identities and recognition. Rind and Health-Ade Kombucha also have online visibility, fostered by social media engagement with distinct brand positioning. Rind targets the “sustainable snacking” and “zero-waste” demographic. Health-Ade Kombucha focuses on “gut health,” “wellness lifestyle,” and functional beverages (Google Al Gemini three). These two companies are also in the same food industry as my client, Fresh Wave Organics, which produces organic, non-GMO healthy snacks and beverages.

Both companies are losing strategic opportunities to engage with their audience and increase their market share in the organic food industry by neglecting to post regularly on their X (Twitter) account, especially since the microblogging and social networking platform is still a very relevant and beneficial platform for brands and businesses to build a strong brand voice and go viral with retweets. Companies that produce mass-market retail products should include X (Twitter) in their overall social media strategy and actively post and engage with their audience to maximize social media engagement in a dynamic digital landscape critical for sustained success stories for brands and businesses globally.
